THE SERENISSIMA HIGH JEWELLERY COLLECTION

PARIS 2026

Buccellati proudly unveils its new high jewellery advertising campaign for the latest launched Serenissima collection. The visual narrative is brought to life through the lens of Nathaniel Goldberg, a renowned photographer celebrated for his sophisticated style. Further enriching the campaign is the protagonist of the shots: Argentine designer and artist Conie Vallese, that perfectly embodies the modern woman Buccellati seeks to portray.

This campaign elevates high jewellery to a profound form of artistic expression, articulating a vision of modern femininity that is both instinctive and expressive, perfectly aligning with the Maison's essence. The campaign unfolds through iconic black and white studio portraits, highlighting the transparency, lightness, and flexibility of the Serenissima creations, and capturing the meticolous craftsmanship that defines them.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION

"With Serenissima, we wanted to capture the soul of Venice, its magic, and its millennia-old history. Each jewel is a fragment of this extraordinary city, a tribute to its light, its art that has shaped entire eras, and its ability to enchant. It is a dialogue between our goldsmithing tradition and the eternal beauty of Venice, an expression of our passion for excellence and art that merges with the splendor of the Serenissima Republic." - Andrea Buccellati

Inspired by the refined tradition of lace-making, masterfully blending Buccellati’s centuries-old artisanal heritage, this collection is a heartfelt tribute to the eternal charm of the lagoon city. The collection's name itself evokes the glorious Republic of Venice: a time of unparalleled artistic and cultural splendour. It is precisely in this city, and particularly in Burano, that one of the deepest inspirations for Buccellati’s distinctive style originates. From the outset, Mario Buccellati was captivated by the delicate needle lace of Burano, aspiring to translate its lightness, transparency, and elegance into his exquisite jewellery designs.

The Serenissima collection stands as the ultimate expression of these stylistic elements, with every creation aspiring to the meticulous elegance of Venetian lace. Each detail is meticulously crafted using Renaissance techniques proudly preserved by the Maison: tiny, sculpted leaves crafted with the "modellato" engraving technique, mirror-polished settings achieved through "colpi di lucido", and invisible details enriched by the delicate "rigato" engraving technique.
