What are the shipping costs?
All our shipments are free in the countries listed in the “Shipping and Returns” section.
I would like to receive my order at a different address from my residence. Is this possible?
We can deliver your order to any address that you give us, as long as it is not a hotel or hospital.
Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking link. You can also find this link in the “My Order” section of your account. Of course, you may also phone our Customer Service team at any time by dialling +39 0289040511.

How can I make a return or an exchange?
If you have an account on our Buccellati.com website, please log into your account and fill out the return form in order to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
If you checked out as a Guest, please use our Contact Form via Contact Us to request a return.
In your request, please specify in the Description: your initial Order Number you obtained from us, reference code (eg. jauear014550xxx000), quantity, and return reason.
After receiving your Contact Form, the Buccellati Customer Service will contact you providing the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
Buccellati will accept the item you wish to return within 14 days when the Order was received by you (or by someone else on your behalf), in its original packaging.
Before returning your item and obtaining your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), please review the following conditions:
- Buccellati will not accept items for which the safety tag has been removed.
- Buccellati will not accept items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged.
- Returns or exchanges for personalized items will not be accepted.
- The Buccellati e-boutique will not accept items that were purchased at a Buccellati boutique or a Buccellati authorized retailer. These items must be brought back to the original place of purchase.
- Buccellati will accept items returned to us in its original packaging in a new, unworn, unused and unaltered state with all materials and documents included. Please provide a copy of the delivery slip and the following Return form fully completed.
- Please note that all returned items are subject to a complete quality check by Buccellati.
If I make a return, how many days will it take before I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package, we will check the item to ensure that it is intact. If the result of our checks is positive, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you that the check and refund procedure has started.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have second thoughts about an order that you just placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will be ready to give you all the information you need.
Is it possible to include a personlized message in the package?
Yes, absolutely. If you are making a gift, we are ready to help you insert your own personalized message in the order. Please contact our Customer Service team to find the best way to proceed.
I would like to include an engraving on a gift that I am making. Is this possible?
We will be happy to assist you with this personalization too, provided that the item is suitable for an engraving.
You can request an engraving at your nearest Buccellati store.
Do you have any special tips for maintaining objects?
Depending on whether you purchase a gold or silver object, you will find all of the useful maintenance tips in our “Care Instructions” section.
However, do remember that the staff at our boutiques are here to take care of cleaning and repairing your Buccellati objects. They will be able to assist you with complete professionalism at any time.
How do I know if I am buying the correct size of the item that I wish to order?
For necklaces and earrings, you will find the measurements in the object descriptions.
For rings and bracelets, we suggest following the instructions in the “Size Guide” section.
Do you issue certificates of authenticity for your creations?
All of our gold and silver jewellery, silverware pieces and watches come to you with a certificate of authenticity. You must hold on to this certificate going forward, as it is an important document that you will also be of use when accessing particular services available at our boutiques and authorized stores.
