تتكون القلادة من عناصر مثلثة الشكل من أشكال التول وخلية النحل، مع حواف على شكل طوق الورد من الذهب الأبيض والألماس، مُقسّمة إلى عناصر مُعينة الشكل من الذهب الأبيض والألماس. وتوجد آلية على شكل ورقة شجر مصنوعة من الذهب الأبيض تربط بين القلادة ودبوس الزينة بقطعة مركزية من الذهب الأبيض المزيّن بالدانيل، فوق قاعدة من الألماس بقطع بوتشلاتي، ومحاطة بحواف من الألماس بقطع الدمعة وأجزاء حرّة.
